Reader, Did you catch our last email? We are excited to start Group Visits this week as part of the new Wellness Plans we are launching on February 2nd. We’re inviting our existing patients to sit in on our first few complimentary visits. This is an exciting opportunity to create the kind of holistic care we need! Cleveland Clinic has used Shared Group Medical visits with great success as they help improve understanding of complex conditions and increase adherence to recommendations. We all support each other in making sustainable changes! There will be two links texted to you before the visit on Wednesday. One of them will be for the first 30 minutes of the virtual Group Visit. The first half will be educational and will be recorded for replay (available to future members). The other link will be for the Q&A portion and will be held in a private Zoom room so we can talk freely (this isn't recorded). We understand your time is valuable so this will be your time each week to get questions answered by Susan! The Wellness Plans will be value-packed, and they are launching on February 2nd. Group Visits are just one of the many amazing benefits included. Our Wellness Plans also include one-on-one visits with Susan. Watch this video to learn more about what’s included. You can also see the benefits listed here. See you Wednesday at 10 for our first Group Visit! This week's topic is The Body’s Stress Response. Be well, The Team at Julian Healthcare |

In this month’s blog and webinar, we explore how gut health and appetite-regulating peptides, including GLP-1, influence weight and why supporting these systems can...
Hi friends, We would like to share an important update regarding the future of Julian Healthcare. After careful consideration, Susan has decided to transition the practice to fully virtual care, effective at the end of January. This means all appointments will be held through telehealth moving forward. The shift allows us to avoid the rising costs of maintaining a physical office, and because of that, service prices will not increase. In fact, this transition allows us to add more value to...
Julian Healthcare Newsletter: Holiday Anxiety and Food The holidays often bring a mix of joy and pressure, especially when food, family, and expectations all show up at once. Many women find that this season disrupts their routines and heightens emotions, making it harder to stay mindful around eating and feel calm in daily life. This month, we’re focusing on the connection between stress, blood sugar, and emotional well-being so you can move through the holidays with more confidence and less...
