This is why Julian Healthcare is transitioning to offering Wellness Plans beginning the week of February 2nd. Watch the video that explains the features and benefits here! Our Wellness Plans will help you reach your goals faster and in a cost effective way. These plans will include weekly Group Visits and we believe these visits are the glue that make the Wellness Plans work better! We are inviting you to attend the first few complimentary sessions of Group Visits so you can see the power behind education and peer support. Beginning January 15th, we will hold weekly Group Visits on Zoom on Wednesdays from 10 to 11 a.m. After February 2nd, any refills or medical care will only happen if you are on one of our Wellness Plans. These changes we are implementing are innovative and transformative, and we are so excited for you to be a part of it! Be well, Susan Julian Julian Healthcare P.S. We would appreciate it if you’d answer some questions for us to help us best serve you in the Group Visits. Click here for a quick survey. |
